To replace a colour in Illustrator 1st you need to convert the selected colours to objects, use the selection tool in the tool bar menu on the left to select your image. Now press expand at the top of the page to convert the image to paths. This will separate the colours into objects. Use the magic Wand tool to select the area of the image you wish to replace the colour of. Go to the fill drop down menu at the top left of the page and press and hold down shift. Use the colour picker to select your fill colour.
